OOoo... how were the WW cookies? I just read that blog post a few days ago and really wanted to try them.

Hey Jill!

You know, I made these with some flour from a (somewhat) local mill and it was a pretty coarse grind, so the cookies turned out to me a bit grainy and chewy - which is okay - but I'd like to try it again using a softer whole wheat flour. Other than that they were pretty tasty - a little nutty from the wheat. I'm really enjoying the book though; everything I've made has been right on!
