Greedily plucked from this interview weeks ago and currently being devoured with HUGE satisfaction before a quick trip into the mountains.

Just the bread I wish I could have a bite with hot chocolate or hot cider, right now! Had to ride my bike in chilly November rain. Finally home, but not really in the mood for cooking...
